A: Check in is at 2pm. Check out is Noon.
Q: How old do you need to be to make a reservation?
A: 21 years of age.
Q: Can I bring outside firewood?
A: No.
Firewood may be purchased in the Welcome Center.
Q: What does it mean to be a Dark Park?
A: In the interest of stargazing, we use only flame bulbs so as not to negatively impact your night vision.
We encourage flashlights for night walks and if campsite lighting above campfire light is desired, we ask that it not be harsh white light for the comfort of your neighbors.
Q: What is your policy on alcohol?
A: We allow alcohol to be enjoyed responsibly at your campsite.
No public drunkenness or disorderly behavior.
In order to maintain safety, we do not tolerate open containers on vehicles (including golf carts) or public drunkenness.
Q: Will I be able to relax and get sleep at your campground?
A: Yes.
Quiet time is 10pm.
We do not allow broadcasting radios.
Disrespectful and inconsiderate behavior towards fellow campers is not allowed.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: We are pet friendly.
We expect your pets to be friendly too.
We do not allow vicious breeds.
Pets must be controlled at all times and cleaned up after.
Do not stake pets to the ground or tie to trees, utility poles, or picnic tables.
You may attach a lead to your camper or vehicle.
Pets may not be left unattended.
Q: Can I take a tour of the park?
A: Yes.
Making an appointment will assure we are ready to assist you upon your arrival but we also accept walk-ins during camping season business hours.
Q: Can I come to your park just to swim in the pool or fish in the lakes?
A: Yes.
A day pass is $8 per person and you may enjoy the amenities of the park.
Q: Do you need a fishing license?
A: No.
The lakes are private.
Q: Do you sell (insert item here) in your store?
A: We stock many products to serve your needs. We have available ice, firewood, beverages, snacks, s’mores fixin’s, ice cream, bait and more.
